Account size: $400,000 fixed. This account does not scale.
Challenge phase: None. Instant access once your application is approved.
KYC: Mandatory before activation, completed after approval.
Maximum daily loss: 4%, calculated on the starting balance of the trading day.
Maximum overall drawdown: 8%, static.
Intraday floating loss: Auto-liquidation at -3%.
Maximum leverage: 1:30 across all instruments.
Minimum trading days: 5 trading days before withdrawal, with a minimum of $2,000 risk taken per day.
Consistency rule: No single trading day may account for more than 30% of total profit.
Withdrawal caps: 1st withdrawal capped at $3,000 before split, 2nd at $5,000, 3rd at $7,500 - followed by a $998 renewal fee, with the cycle repeating up to a maximum of 3 renewals per account.
Profit split: 80%, rising to 85% after 2 withdrawals and 95% from the 4th withdrawal onward.
Withdrawal frequency: Bi-weekly.
News trading: Allowed.
Weekend holding: Allowed.
Prohibited practices: HFT, latency arbitrage, tick-scalping, cross-account copy trading, and martingale or grid strategies without a stop loss - identical to other NextGen Trader accounts.
